| Please read the following simple instructions to learn how to set-up and use GreenConferenceCall conferencing services: |
| 1. Obtain Your PIN |
| To begin you will need a PIN number. If you do not have one, and a PIN will be emailed to you directly. |
| 2. Organise Your Voice Conference |
Tell your fellow conference call participants what they need to know. In order to join a voice conference, a caller will need to know three things:

| 3. Make the Call |
| At the agreed start time dial the conference number 08702233525 (or 00 44 8702233525) if they're calling from outside the UK). You will hear a welcome message, and be asked to enter your PIN number. You will then be asked to record your name. |
| 4. The Conference |
| If you are the first person to arrive on your conference call you will hear music. As others people arrive, you will hear them being announced. When there are at least two people on the call you are ready to start talking! |
| In Conference Controls |
| During a conference the following controls are available to all participants: Mute: Pressing the 6 key will mute and un-mute your handset (muting means that you can hear the rest of the conference but they cannot hear anything from your handset). Participant Review: The participant review keys are #1 and #2. #1 will allow you to review the number of people on the conference call. #2 will initiate a roll call – where all of the names recorded when the callers arrived on the system are replayed. All conference participants will hear the number of people and the roll call. Locking the Conference: To lock or unlock a conference press 3. Locking a conference call stops anyone else from joining the conference call. Ending a Conference: When you have finished your conference, simply hang up. As each person hangs up, you will hear the name announced. When the last person hangs up, the conference has ended. |
